Software for creating panorama photos

I would like to introduce here different software to create panoramic photos. Whichever one suits you best is a question of taste and in the segment of professional software for panorama photos a question of the purse. Many different software is already free of charge.

Let´s start with the free software for creating panoramic photos:

Image Composite Editor ICE

The free Image Composite Editor (ICE) software from Microsoft creates panoramic photos for zooming in. The Panorama Image Stitcher accepts a number of overlapping images and creates a high-resolution panorama image.

The created panorama image can be saved in different formats such as JPG, PNG and TIFF.

Download under: http://research.microsoft.com/IVM/ICE/

The Panoramafoto-Stitcher is offered free of charge (but also without support). The single frames (also from the fisheye) are simply dragged into the program by "drag and drop" and it starts to calculate.

The result as a panorama photo can now be cropped if needed - the shown pictures were taken with an 8mm fisheye.
